2010 San Angelo Spartans - Brett anchored the defensive line for the Spartans. He led the team in sacks, was 2nd on team in tackles for loss, an dwas 7th on team in tackles. He was 2nd in league in sacks, 11th in league in tackles for loss, 3rd in league in fumble recoveries, and 2nd in league in blocked kicks. Kali had a tremendous season and was voted to the 2010 MPFL allstar game.

2007-2009 Abilene Gladiators - Kali was a three year started for the Abilene Gladiators. While he was there he made a name for himself across the state as one of the best defensive ends in the semi pro ranks. For three seasons he led the league in sacks and tackles for loss. He was a three time TUFL allstar and also won team MVP honors once. While he was with the Abilene Gladiators he was part of the league leading defense that won a division title and in his final season was Nationally ranked #12.
