2009-2010 San Angelo Spartans - Justin has played 2 seasons for the Spartans. Vessell was a part of a swarming defense. He was 3rd on team in ints in 2010 and lead team in tackles in 2009. Vessell was voted to play in the allstar game both seasons and had a int in the 2010 game. 

2008 San Angelo Calvary - Justin played his first semi pro season for a young Calvary squad and lead the team in ints.
