2009-2010 San Angelo Spartans - R.C. is a two year starter and all star for the Spartans. In 2009 R.C. was a leader on the team in tackles, interceptions, and deflections and won the team's defensive MVP award. In 2010 R.C. was 4th on team in tackles, 5th in interception, and 3rd in deflections. He was in top 25 in league in tackles and deflections. For his performance he was a member of the MPFL allstar team in both 2009 and 2010.

2006-2008 Angelo State University - R.C. was a member of the Rams defense as he competed in the Lone Star Conference against several nationally ranked teams like ACU, West TX A&M, and Tarleton.
